EP20: This week we meet with Laci Sandoval, one of the best bakers in the country. Raised in South Dakota, she grew her love of seasonal fruits and hand-crafted baked goods, ultimately moving to California and working at such restaurants as Boulevard, Chez Panisse, Redd and Jack Falstaff. She now runs a kitchen that offers cooking classes for kids and adults, reaching out to her community through food. Her husband Travis is a glass blower and makes incredible cake stands that are available with your wedding cake. Truly inspirational. Check it out !!!
