EP34: We are humbled to have been able to steal Kyle away from his restaurant duties as we know how busy he is. We are certainly glad we did, as we talked about the journey to launching Single Thread, with his childhood sweetheart/wife Katina and created the restaurant/inn of their dreams. Using the influences from their world travels, their sensibilities of wine country and their very strong focus on hospitality, they are rewarded with 3 Michelin stars and was just added to the 2019 World’s Best Restaurant list.
