Let’s face it, moms are the baddest bitches we know. They are the hardest workers out there, from doctors, to chauffeurs, to cooks, to therapists, they do it all. And for free. Yeah, yeah, being a mom is priceless but what about showing that special momma in your life some appreciation this Mother’s Day? For those of you who are clueless, because your exceptional lady is also your personal shopper, don’t fret. Here are a few of our favorite things that would make all types of mothers feel special.

Fran’s Grey and Smoked Salt Carmels. Imagine luxe, buttery caramels dipped in chocolates and dusted in sea salt. Exactly. There is no woman, I repeat, no woman, who would not indulge in these special treats. $30 for a box of $20. Available at franschocolates.com or Nordstrom.

A silk floral robe. Sometimes, and most likely most of the time, moms may not always feel sexy. Give her a sexy yet classic robe that she can wear around the kiddos and/or easily remove for the no-nos. $49.50 and up at Victoria’s Secret.

A manicure/pedicure combo. Whether the mom your life paints her nails or not, you can assume she will welcome some much needed pampering. Better yet, volunteer to babysit while she’s getting her piggies pretty. $30 and up depending on zip code.

Flowers and card. I know it may seem generic, but trust me when I say favorite stems and a thoughtful note filled with love and appreciation, always does the job. $5 and up depending on zip code.

Happy Mother’s Day!

Xo, Betty (Momma in the making).
