Barry Enderwick literally wrote the book on sandwiches. His tome “Sandwiches of History” covers the origin of some famous sandwiches and more recent delicious entries. Barry tells Brent about some of the most interesting sandwiches including a Nicoise salad sandwich, the Hot Chicken Tuna sandwich, and how the Brits got creative to find a banana substitute for a sandwich.
