EP18: In my opinion, the best way for me to describe Deirdre Bourdet to you is that she is an adventure global eater combined with the magic of the written word. Deirdre joined Sondra years ago on one of her cruises to Vietnam, where they shared the eating journey there together. Years later, Deirdre continues her worldly adventures, loving Italy, Myanmar, Thailand, Sardinia, Tokyo and more. Her food travels have inspired her to create a platform for folks to create a dinner party using her upcoming e-books with steps from a few days out to the actual party. Excited to see her first one, that will contain links to where to find ingredients, assistance in technique, playlists and a travel journal. In the meantime she has shared wome of her favorite companies and links for food-related adventures around Europe and Asia.
