This week on Jackalope Tales, Charles and Lisa plunge headfirst into one of music’s most important unanswered questions: Can a sound frequency actually make you crap your pants?

We’re digging into the infamous Brown Note—the mythical low frequency supposedly capable of turning your digestive system into an emergency evacuation route. Is it scientifically possible? Just an urban legend? Or did the government discover it decades ago and immediately file it somewhere between UFOs and “things we absolutely did not test on civilians”?

Charles and Lisa investigate musicians and sonic mad scientists who have actually tried to find the legendary frequency, blasting audiences with bowel-rattling bass in pursuit of the ultimate musical achievement: a note that requires a change of pants.

Turn up the subwoofer. Question everything. And whatever you do… never trust a bass player with a frequency generator.
