EP37: This week, we are thrilled to welcome Duskie Estes and John Stewart from Zazu restaurant. On this episode we hear all about how they met, their move from Washington State to Sonoma County, the trials and tribulations of having a restaurant that has changed locations and that had to unfortunately close its doors after the extreme flooding just a few months ago. As we hear it from them, they are still energized as they decide what their next step is. Their combined restaurant histories give us lots to talk about including; their Black Pig Bacon line, head to tail philosophy, farming, Duskie’s TV experiences with Guy Fieri’ Guy’s Grocery Games and Iron Chef as well as their food truck, the black piglet.
